B.B.A. - Bachelor of Business Administration is an undergraduate Business Management course which is of 3-4 years duration

Yes Science students are also eligible to pursue BBA course as its minimum eligibility states that must have passed XII from any stream with English subject

Eligibility
Must have passed HSC (10 + 2) exam from any stream with English as passing subject and secured minimum 45% marks
