Is it possible to pursue Graduate Mechanical Engineering (GME) course after completion of B.Tech course???

Yes, it is possible to pursue Graduate Mechanical Engineering (GME) course after completion of B.Tech course if one fulfills following conditions Eligibility Criteria -You should hold any of the following qualifications – Bachelor of Science in Engineering Bachelor of engineering in Naval Architecture Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering - You should have scored minimum of 50% marks in total in the qualifying degree. -Your age should not be more than 28 years - You need to be medical fit as well. - Must have medical certificate which is approved by Director General Shipping. -Eye sight must be +/ - 2.5 to apply for this course. - Must not be having any color blindness Some of the institutions also consider following criteria – - Must be Sponsorship by any of the Shipping Companies -Family Members or relatives in Shipping - Must have secured 65% overall aggregate in 8 Semesters -Should have Fluency in English -Certification in extracurricular activities like NSS / NCC / SPORTS List of some of the Institutes offering G.M.E Course in India: Mumbai Maritime Training Institute (MMTI), Mumbai Academy of Maritime Education and Training (AMET), Kanathur Maritime Foundation, Chennai S.B.
