IAS Exam Eligibility:

Nationality
- You should be an Indian nationality

Age
- Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years
-The upper age limit will be relaxable under the following conditions.

upto a maximum of 5 years – SC/ST
upto a maximum of 3 years - OBC
upto a maximum of 5 years – If domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from the 1st January, 1980 to the 31st day of December, 1989.
upto a maximum of 3 years - Defence Services personnel disabled in operations during hostilities with any foreign country or in a disturbed area and released as a consequence thereof.
upto a maximum of 5 years - ex-servicemen including Commissioned Officers and ECOs / SSCOs who have rendered at least five years Military Service
upto a maximum of 10 years -- blind, deaf-mute and orthopaedically handicapped persons.

Education:
- You must hold bachelor’s degree in any field from a well known college or university

Physical:
- You should be physically and medically capable.
