Yes, you are eligible to pursue M.Tech after completion of MCA course through GATE Exam. After completing M.C.A course you can apply for GATE Examination.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination is conducted by the different Indian Institute of Technology's.

Eligibility Criteria for this examination(GATE) :-
-You should have a graduate degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture from any recognized university
OR
- You should have a post graduate degree in Science/Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics from any recognized University.

- Final Year Candidates can also apply for this examination.
