As per your demand here I am providing you information about the Eligibility, Selection procedure as well as Important Dates for Phd in Lucknow University.

Eligibility for Phd in Lucknow University;
Eligibility:
Those applicants willing to apply for Ph.D Programme must hold a post-graduate degree with minimum of 55% marks at the Master's degree level for being eligible for admission to the Ph.D Programme.

However, for SC/ST applicants and Physically Challenged/ Disabled applicants, the eligibility criterion is – 50% marks at master's degree level in the subject concerned.

Selection procedure:

The selection of applicants for the Ph.D program would be done on two basis –
Streams of applicants coming through Qualifying Entrance Test for Ph.D program (QET), and,
Second, those who are exempted from the QET

Applicants seeking admission through QET are required to appear for Ph.D entrance test.

Applicants are required to bring original
PG Mark sheet/ appearing certificate,
Photo ID and print out of the application form along with a Xerox copy of these documents.

No separate admit card would be issued.

An interview will further be conducted for the final selection.
