Savitribai Phule Pune University in the past was known as The University of Pune. Pune university is located in the city of Pune (Maharashtra).

This university was founded in the year 1948.

PU MCA is the post graduate entrance examination which is conducted by Pune University Computer Science Department.

MCA Admission

Pune University MCA is three years post graduate course. Candidates need to fill the application form and can apply for the entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria for PU MCA

• Candidates who are science graduate with mathematics.
• Candidates have passed BCA
• Reservation is applicable only for Maharashtra domicile SC, ST, DT/NT, OBC categories as per Govt. of Maharashtra G.R. and 3% for PH. Non-creamy layer certificate is necessary for OBC, DT/NT category candidates at the time of final admissions.
• Candidate’s age should be more than 20 years can apply for the entrance examination.

Important Dates of PU MCA 2017

The below mentioned are important dates for Pune University MCA Entrance Exam 2017:
• The online application starts from second week of February 2017
• The last date to fill the application form will be by last week of February 2017
• Admit card will be provided a week prior to the examination
• Entrance examination will be conducted by 1st week of March 2017
• Results will be declared by April 2017
• Counselling process will start by May 2017
