Certainly you can apply for the genetic engineering course because the minimum qualification required is 12th with PCB or PCM and candidates with B.Sc. are eligible to apply for the course, field of B.Sc. is not considered so with B.Sc. Agricultural you are eligible. You will need to appear in engineering entrance exams like AIEEE, IIT-JEE for admission.

M.Sc in genetic engineering is a course in which students learn about various forms of genes and the experiments are carried out.

Duration of M.Sc in genetic engineering: 3 years

M.Sc. Genetics Engineering is a postgraduate Genetics Engineering course. It is the direct human manipulation of an organism's genome using modern DNA technology.

Eligibility:
An individual can start the B.Tech. course after having passed 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
