Eligibility For LLB From CSJM University Kanpur

I have completed BA Degree with low marks. Now I want to join LLB Degree from CSJM University Kanpur. So please tell me what is minimum eligibility criteria required for LLB Degree? Can you please give information about fee structure and admission procedure of CSJM University Kanpur?

Can you tell me about the eligibility requirement for LL.B. (Three Year) {Six Semester} Degree program offered by CSJM (Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj) University Kanpur?

One will be eligible for admission to LL.B. (Three Year) {Six Semester} Degree program offered by CSJM (Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj) University Kanpur class if one has completed BA/B.Sc./B.Com or any other bachelor's degree recognized by C.S.J.M, University, Kanpur and has secured minimum 45% marks at Graduate level. However, for SC/ST candidate minimum percentage of marks will be 40%

Admission Procedure:

Admission to LL.B First Semester will be made strictly by Joint Entrance test to be conducted by the university.

Reservation and weightage shall be as per University Rules.

Prohibition to register for two regular courses of study:
No one is allowed to simultaneously register for a law degree programme with any other graduate or post graduate degree programme run by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur or any other University or an Institute for academic or professional learning.

Age on admission:
The maximum age is limited to thirty years with right of the University to give concession of 5 further years for the applicants belonging to SC or ST or any other backward community.

Attendance:
No one is allowed to take the end semester exam if one concerned has not attended minimum of 75% of the classes held as also the moot court room exercise, tutorials and practical conducted in the subject taken together.

Provided that if one for any exceptional reasons ſuilod to attend75% of the classes held in any subject, the Principal of the College may allow one after approval from the Vice-Chancellor of C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur, if one attended at least 66% of the classes held.

Overriding Effect:
The relevant-UGE/BCI-Rules (as amended from time to time) are binding on the University.
