Re: Eligibility for KCET for government seat in MBBS.

Admission in government medical colleges of Karnataka is done on the basis of KCET which is organized by Karnataka Examinations Authority.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Applicant must have obtained minimum 50% marks in +2 from a board recognised by Department of Pre-University, Government of Karnataka.
2. Must be between 17-21 years.

Exam pattern: This year exam was conducted on 1st and 2nd May 2014.

There will be 3 parts- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
Each will have 60 questions and 80 minutes.
Paper will be objective type.

10: 00 A.M. to 11:50 A.M. 02:30 P.M. to 03:50 P.M.


May 1, 2014 Biology Mathematics
May 2, 2014 Physics Chemistry

Kannada Language Test only for
Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga
Candidates- May 3, 2014 from 10.30 A.M. to 11.30 A.M.
