Eligibility to Join Military Academy

I want to join military academy and my height is 160 Cm am I eligible to join this?

To join military academy you have to appear in CDS (Combined defence service) exam

As per the eligibility criteria of CDS examination you are eligible for the Combined defence service exam because for CDS exam height should be not less then 157.6 cm.

CDS exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.

Eligibility for Indian Military Academy:
Graduation Degree from a recognized university or equivalent

Age limit:
19-24 years

Physical standards required for the CDS exam
Candidate must be in good Physical and Mental health.
The minimum acceptable height is 157.6 cms. The approximate weight is around 50 kgs.
No diseases of the heart should be present.

Exam pattern:
Question papers are of objective type.
