Eligibility for I T Officer Scale 1 Post

Can you tell me if I am eligible for IT officer scale 1 post in specialist officer exam after completing B Sc in Information Technology?

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for the appointment of Specialist Officers in various cadres like IT, Agriculture, Legal, Marketing, HR and Rajbhasha Adhikari in various public sector banks.

I.T. Officer (Scale-I) Eligibility
a) 4 year Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information
Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation

OR

b) Post Graduate Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications

OR

Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level

Age
Minimum - 20 Years
Maximum - 30 Years

Nationality/Citizenship: A candidate must be either -
(i) An Indian or
(ii) A subject of Nepal or
(iii) A subject of Bhutan or
(iv) A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling down in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
