Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) every year make recruitsfor the post of Management Trainees- Technical, Integrated Materials Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Civil, Legal, Architecture for its various Production, Overhaul & Service Divisions / Research & Design Centres / Offices around India.

Eligibility

Age Limit:
A candidate’s age must not be above 28 years.

Education qualification:

1) Management Trainee (Technical):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Full Time) (4 years after 10 +2) in the Branches of Aeronautical / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production, from the recognized Universities.

2) Management Trainee (Integrated Materials Management):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Full Time) (4 years after 10 +2) in the Branches of Electrical / Mechanical / Production, from the recognized Universities.

3) Management Trainee (Marketing):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (4 years Full Time course after 10 +2) in the Branches of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production, with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management from the recognized Universities.

4) Management Trainee (Human Resources):

Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) (3 years after 10 +2) with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from the recognized Universities.

5) Management Trainee (Legal):

Bachelor of Law (5 years integrated Full Time course after 10 + 2) or Bachelor’s Degree(Full Time) with Bachelor of Law (Full Time) (3 + 3 years after 10 + 2) from the recognized Universities.

6) Management Trainee (Civil):

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil (4 years Full Time Course after10 +2) from the recognized Universities.


7) Management Trainee (Architecture):

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (5 years Full Time Course after 10 +2), from the recognized Universities.
