Eligibility for Drug Inspector
I have completed B. Pharmacy course and now want to become Drug Inspector so please give me information about Eligibility Criteria?

Drug Inspectors are qualified government workers, generally works in manufacturing and distribution cell of drugs / medicines and having responsibility of inspection and quality checking. Drug Inspectors Exam is conducted by state public service commission or UPSC Eligibility Criteria: B. pharmacy graduates, graduates in medicine with microbiology / pharmaceutical science / medicine with specialization in clinical pharmacology / from recognized university can apply for the exam of drugs inspector. Minimum 3years of work experience in manufacturing sector of pharmacy product is mandatory. Age limit: Minimum age: 18 years Maximum age: 36 years Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/BC state government employee 3 years for Ex-Serviceman's /N.C.C. Question Pattern Includes: General awareness General knowledge Current affairs Mental ability Logical reasoning One paper is on technical aspects of drugs, based on B. Pharmacy syllabus. |
