Eligibility for Doing AMIE

I have completed my 12th class and Diploma in Chemical Engineering, can I apply for AMIE, please give me information about it ?

The Institution of Engineers India conducts an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers AMIE.
It conducts AMIE for its Associate Membership.

Eligibility Criteria

For Technical Members:
Age:
Candidate must have17 years age for applying this.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates who have 12th passed certificate with 45% marks with these subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics only be eligible to apply.

If candidate have any bachelor of science degree with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry can also apply for this.

For Senior Technician Members:

Age:
Candidate must have18 years age for applying this.

Educational Qualification:
Applicants, who have passed an examination as listed in Appendix II (PartI), will be eligible to apply for Senior Technician membership.

Applicants, who have passed any qualification as listed in Appendix II (PartII), will be eligible to apply for Senior Technician membership.
