Yes, a M.Phil+Old Resulation Ph.D holder is eligible for CSC interview in West Bengal .

Eligibility :
Age :
Upper age limit is 37

Relaxation :

5 years for SC/STand 3 years for OBC category candidates.

For Differently-abled candidates (except
in the Physical Education department) age relaxation of 10 years.

Qualification :

I am here giving the Qualifications for Recruitment in B.Ed. Colleges and B.Ed. Departments of General
Degree Colleges.

Candidate should secure at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade or Grade Point at the Master’s Degree level.

Candidate should secure at least 55% marks in M.Ed. or an equivalent Grade or Grade Point.
