Eligibility criteria :

Qualification :
Applicants t who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam.

Applicant who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam.

Age criteria :

Candidates appearing for JRF :
not be above 28 years of age.

Candidates appearing only for lectureship have no upper age limit.

Age relaxation :
5 years will be given to SC/ST/OBC or physically disabled or women or visually handicapped.
