My friend want to get the Provisional Eligibility Certificate of the Gujarat University to appear in interview of a company . will you please tell the process to obtain the Provisional Eligibility Certificate from Gujarat University.

Can you tell me how to get Eligibility Certificate of Gujarat University as I want to do so but have no idea how to do so, please help me with this?

How to get Eligibility Certificate

Application form to get Eligibility Certificate is available from Consumer Stores (Room No. 1) by paying cash Rs. 10/- and also available on university website.

After paying the fees of Rs. 100/- at Cash Counter (Window No. 19), the form should be returned in Eligibility section (Room No. 14) with fee receipt.

Certificate (in original) to be attached together with a certified true copy of each certificate

Without which the application form is not accepted and attended. The original certificates are returned after checking. (Xerox copy must be certified)

Migration Certificate: Certificate from the Registrar of the University or Public Body from which one has passed the Exam named above permitting him to prosecute his studies in the Gujarat University. (Original certificate will not be returned.)

Passing Certificate: Certificate, signed by the Registrar or the Secretary of the Public Body of the last Exam passed by one in another University or Public Body, stating exam and subject in which the exam was passed A certificate of marks obtained by one at the exam is not accepted in view of this.

Certificate of Marks: Certificate signed by the Registrar of the University or the secretary of the Public Body of the last exam passed by one from another University or Public Body stating the subject wise Marks and the result clearly in which the exam was passed.

Passing Certificate: From the Principal to obtain provisional Eligibility Certificate. A Provisional Eligibility Certificate to join a college is issued only on production of documentary evidence of passing exam issued either by the Head of Institution or the Registrar of the University, or the Secretary of Education Board. The statement of marks is accepted for provisional certificate.

One should obtain the final eligibility certificate before the end of the term by producing the required remaining Certificate from previous University/Board, failing to which admission etc. is liable to the cancelled.

In case of not joining the college within one month from obtaining the Provisional Eligibility Certificate of this University, may be informed accordingly in writing to the University office without fail.

One need to enclose 10th & 12th and all Exam Graduate Xerox attested Copy of Mark-sheets with form.

For Provision Eligibility Certificate one should pay the fees on cash counter and returned the eligibility forms in the Eligibility Section (Room No. 19).

Eligibility form is checked in 11-30 A.M. to 2-00 P.M.

The P.E.C. certificate is delivering on next day 5-00 P.M. from Eligibility Section (Room No. 14)
