Eligibility for Bank Clerk exam
I have completed 12th with 48% and now want to apply for Bank Clerk Exam so tell me that I am eligible for this exam or not? What is the minimum percentage required in graduation for Bank Clerk Exam?

Bank Clerk Exams are conducted by SBI, IBPS etc. time to time for recruitment to the post of Assistant in Clerical Cadre. As you are interested then you have to apply online on official websites whenever there will be requirement. Sorry to say you that you are not eligible for this post right now because you have only 48%. If you are interested in banking jobs then according to me you have to repeat your 12th for good percentages. Here I am giving you eligibility criteria for bank exams. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: 12th or equivalent qualification with a minimum of aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD/XS). Or Graduate Degree from a recognized university and who are in the final year of Graduation/Semester may also apply. Age Limit: (As on 01 May 2014) Minimum Age: 20 years Maximum Age: 28 years Age Relaxation is there but only for persons of different categories: SC / ST: 05 Years Other Backward Classes (OBC): 03 Years PWD (Gen): 10 Years PWD (SC /ST): 15 Years PWD (OBC): 13 Years Persons domiciled in Kashmir Division of Jammu & Kashmir State during the period from 01 January 1980 to 31 December 1989: 5 years Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service rendered in defense services + 3 years Widows, Divorced women and women: 9 year |
