Will you please provide me the how can I apply for B.Ed with 45% in Graduation and 55% in PG??????

As you are telling that how can I apply for B.Ed with 45% in Graduation and 55% in PG. So, firstly you have to fulfill al the eligibility after that you can apply for that but your marks in graduation is below 50'% so, according to me you can’t apply for that.
