1) Management Trainee (Engineering)- 19 Posts

2) Management Trainee (Human Resources)- 04 Posts

Total Vacant Posts: 23 Posts

Job Location: Anywhere in India

Pay Scale:

1) For MT (Engineering): Rs 24900- Rs 50500

2) For MT (HR): Rs 24900- Rs 50500

Eligibility Criteria:

MT (Engineering) -

graduation degree in engineering (B.Tech/ BE/ B.Sc. (Engg.) completed of four years duration from any recognized engineering college/ university.

Management Trainee (HR) -

PG Degree in Management i.e. Master of Business Administration (HR/ Personnel Management) or PG Diploma in HR/ PMIR/ MSW (Master of Social Work) of two years duration completed from any recognized university.

Age Criteria:

The age bar is 25 years for UR/ General Candidates
28 years for OBC Candidates
30 years for SC/ ST
30 years for PWD Candidates respectively

Selection Procedure:

The selections in the post of Management Trainee shall be done on the basis of the following: Written Exam and Interview respectively.
