Primary Qualifications:

MBA graduate with 3.4 GPA or higher
FINRA Series 7 or 99 required within 4 months
FINRA Series 7 required within 1 year if Series 99 obtained
AZ Insurance License required within 1 year
FINRA Series 66 required within 1 year
A minimum of 1 -2 years of demonstrated results in leading teams or projects in a similar environment
Demonstrated ability to develop recommendations and successfully address process challenges
Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to business changes as the need arises
