Early School of Thoughts in Psychology is a school for thought and related theories and behavior. There are seven major Schools of thought in Psychology as below :
Structuralism
Functionalism
Behaviorism
Cognitivism
Gestalt
Humanism
psychoanalytic

Structuralism was the school of psychology that focused on breaking down mental processes into the most basic components.

Functionalism : formed as reaction to the theories of the structuralist school of thought

Behaviorism: to explained behavior may carried out experiments with animals, such as rats and pigeons.

Cognitivism : studies mental processes through scientific experimentation.
Gestalt : idea about what we experience things as unified wholes

Humanism : response to psychoanalysis and behaviorism and look at individuals and their motivations.

Psychoanalytic : emphasizes the influence of the unconscious mind on behavior and explains human behavior by looking at the subconscious mind.
