EAMCET or NEET for AP

Sir can you please provide me the difference between the NEET for AP and EAMCET for AP??? As I am very much confused that for which one I should apply?????

As you want the difference between NEET And EAMCET so here it is:-


1. NEET is an National Level examination where as EAMCET is an State Level examination

2. The Syllabus of NEET exam is prescribed by NCERT Where as The Syllabus for EAMCET exam is prescribed by State board

3. There are 180 Objective questions in NEET 45 questions of each subject Where as There is only 160 Objective questions in EAMCET exam 40 questions to each subject.

4. In NEET exam Questions are mainly based on simple concepts in physics and physical chemistry Where as In EAMCET exam Questions in physics and physical chemistry are application oriented.


5. In NEET exam Four marks for correct marking. One negative mark for incorrect attempt.Where as In EAMCET exam One mark for correct marking. No negative marks for incorrect attempt.

6. NEET is For medical and dental admissions only Where as
EEAMCET For medical, dental, vetenary, agriculture, ayurveda etc.

7. There is an Requirement to get minimum mark in each subject in NEET Where as
There is No requirement of minimum mark subject wise in EAMCET.

8. Result will be based on percentile of marks. No weightage for CBSE marks in NEET. Where as Result will be based on actual marks 25% weightage for intermediate marks in EAMCET.
