EAMCET is the entrance test taken by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, for those applicants who wish to take admission in the engineering courses in the colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants should be of Indian Nationality .

Students should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy the Local or Non-Local status

Students must have passed the Intermediate Exam or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as the main subjects along with the Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Biology as the optional subjects.

Students should obtain a minimum of 45% in 10+2 (40% for the reserved category) to meet the Eligibility Criteria of EAMCET 2015.

Students must have completed 16 years of age as on December 31, 2014 to become eligible for this exam.
