Re: Dynamic Content Elements (DCE) Tutorial

For Dynamic Content Elements (DCE) Tutorial there are various faculty for provides video lectures.

The Extension DCE is offers the possibility to create own content elements based on Extbase and Fluid.

In Part 1 there are notes show the basic operation of the extension and create a simple content element as an example.

In Part 2, create a content element that is a little more complex and flexible through the use of sections.

Sites address for video lectures is jweiland.net/video-anleitungen/typo3/interessante-typo3-extensions/dce.

Dynamic Content Elements, DCE for short, is an extension for the newer Typo3 versions.

This has not been supported since Typo3 6.2 since Typo3 has been relying increasingly on "FLUID" and the associated "View Helper" ever since.

The big advantage of View Helper is that you can use "for loops" and "if queries".
