To get admission in LLB (3 years) course offered by DY Patil Law College Pune one has to clear MAH CET Law. Until 2016, law colleges in Maharashtra used to enrol students for LL.B on the basis of aggregate marks scored in graduation. In 2016, Government of Maharashtra declared LL.B as a professional course. Subsequently, MAH law CET was announced to screen law aspirants for 3 year LL.B course, pursued after graduation. MH CET Law 2020 Important dates Issue of Notification December 4, 2019 Commencement of Application Form for 5 yr LLB January 20, 2020 End of Application form for 5 yr LLB March 02, 2020 Release of Admit card for 5 yr LLB March 27, 2020 MH CET Law 2020 exam for 5 yr LLB April 12, 2020 Declaration of Result for 5 yr LLB April 28, 2020 Commencement of Application Form for 3 yr LLB March 19, 2020 End of Application form for 3 yr LLB May 6, 2020 Release of Admit card for 3 yr LLB June 5, 2020 MH CET Law 2020 exam for 3 yr LLB June 28, 2020 Declaration of Result for 3 yr LLB July 14, 2020 Counselling and seat allotment begins for 5 yr LLB May 15, 2020 Counselling and seat allotment begins for 3 yr LLB July 21, 2020 MH CET Law 2020 Eligibility Nationality One should be an Indian national. One with Maharashtra domicile will be eligible for 85% seats in the law colleges Only 15% seats will be reserved for Outside Maharashtra candidates. Age Limit There is no age limit applicable. Academic Qualification One must possess a graduation degree in any stream from any recognized university. General and reserved category candidates must have 45% and 40% marks in the qualifying exam respectively.
