Delhi University (DU) Admission 2017 will be done strictly on the basis of admission list (merit list).

Delhi University offers admission in various UG, PG and other courses in the field of engineering, law, management and many others.

Admissions will be done through the entrance exam or merit list of the qualifying examination

DU Important Dates 2017-

For UG Merit Based Courses:

Online Registration from 22nd May 2017
Last date for online registration 13th June 2017 - 5:00 PM (Extended)
Notification of first admission list 23rd June 2017
Commencement of classes 20th July 2017
Last date for admission 16th August 2017

For UG Entrance Based Courses:

Online Admission Form Available 16th June 2017
Last date of submitting the Admission form 25th June 2017
Admit Card Released 30th June 2017
Exam date 2nd & 9th July 2017
Result announced 18th July 2017
1st admission list released (JAT) 19th July 2017
Document verification & approval of admission 21st to 22nd July 2017

PG Courses:

Registration Starts 12th June 2017
Last date to fill the registration form 23rd June 2017
Admit Card Issued 26th June 2017
Date of Entrance Exam 1st - 6th July 2017
Answer Key Release Date 3rd July 2017
Result Declaration 7th - 12th July 2017
Group Discussion/ Interview, if any 12th - 14th July 2017
First Admission list 16th July 2017
Date to deposit Admission fee
(for Shortlisted candidates*) On or before 18th July 2017
Commencement of classes 20th July 2017

For MD/MS & MDS Courses:

Application form release 1st March 2017
Last date to submit the application 30th March 2017

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

Candidates will be required to produce the following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission.

Class 10th and 12th Mark sheet

Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate

Character Certificate (recent)

SC/ST Certificate

OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) Certificate

At least two passport size self-attested photograph
