Eligibility Criteria for M.A (English) in Delhi University Admission test :

Applicant should have B.A Honours in (English) from Delhi University with a minimum of 45% marks.

OBC applicant need to have at least 40.5% marks in the qualifying examination where as physically disabled ones needs to hold 40% marks only.

SC/ST applicant pass in B.A Honours degree (in English) is enough to apply for the entrance test.


Entrance test detail:
Duration :
90 minutes

Sections for the entrance test:
1)First section comprises objective model questions of 60 marks.

2)Second section will be based on a passage of prose or verse and include questions for 20 marks.

3)Third section includes a short essay model question (based on a general literary topic).
