Terms and Conditions
The premises will be hired by the Corporation on fixed rent. The rent fixed shall be valid for a minimum period of three years.

The shop should be preferably located on the ground floor with minimum carpet area of 150sq.ft.

The shop should not be located within 100 meters from the following:
a) Major educational institute: The Institute should be recognized and should be above 7th standard.

b) Religious places: should be in a pucca structure with minimum area of 400sqft

c) Hospitals: Minimum 50 bed hospital.

The shop should be located in approved commercial complex above Convenient Shopping Centre.
