DSSSB LDC exam pattern-

The duration of the exam is 2 Hrs.

There are total 200 questions in the exam

The total marks of exam is 200

Exam consist of the following sections-

1. General Awareness.

2. General Intelligence & Reasoning ability.

3. Arithmetical & Numerical Ability.

4. Test of Hindi Language & Comprehension.

5. Test of English Language & Comprehension.

Syllabus-

General Awareness- Everyday Science, Scientific research, National/ International organizations, Institutions, History of India, Modern History, Art & Culture, Sports news, technology related issues, political issues, geography of India

General Intelligence- Similarities & Differences, relationships, Arithmetical Reasoning, Figure Classification, Decision making, Statement & Conclusions, Memory based questions, Space Visualization, problem solving, judgment, pattern matching, missing letter in series, observations

Arithmetic & Numerical Ability- HCF & LCM, Percentages, Averages, Distance & Time, Work & Time, Tables & Graphs, Simple & Compound Interest, Profit & loss, Discount, Ratios & proportions, Decimals, Fractions, Probability, permutations & Combinations

Hindi language- Questions based on Hindi so as to check candidates’ skills in the language which includes- Verbs, tenses, speech, idioms, phrases

English language- English based questions on Grammar part and vocabulary are main focus so that the candidates can be judged in the best possible way.
