The Talent Search Scheme Exam is conducted by DRDO for Indian Citizens who are interested to join DRDO as Scientist.

Here are eligibility criteria for Talent Search Scheme Exam:

The Campus Selection under Talent Search Scheme will be made from the Institutes of Technology, the Indian Institute of Science, the National Institutes of Technology and other recognized Premier Institutions/ Universities as decided by DGR&D depending on the discipline-wise requirement of the Organisation.

Eligibility Criteria
NRI scientists who would have returned to India during preceding 6-months time; not holding any position in India. Also such NRIs who may be desirous of returning. Higher qualification such as MS or PhD

Remarks
Ad-hoc appointment is made for a maximum period of one year and is normally not extended
