I want to inform you that there is no office of DRDO located at Koraput.

There is DRDA (District Rural Development Agency) Koraput.

DRDA was formed in 1981.

The Governing Body of DRDA, Koraput was constituted as per Byelaws modified & amended by Government vide Letter No.2920 dated 17.3.1997.

The Chief Executive Officer-cum- Collector provides necessary leadership to the team of officers and other functionaries of D.R.D.A. in planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of different schemes and programmes.

The District Rural Development Agency, Koraput is implementing various Anti-poverty, Self Employment and Development Programmes.
