To carry out work relating to manpower planning viz.: • Develop methods for cadre dynamics and modeling. • Manpower Planning Board (MPB). • Authorisation and management of all categories of manpower of DRDO. • Process cases for sanction of additional manpower/transport. 3. Management of Training Budget & Expenditure. 4. To function as Technical Dte of ITM & DIAT, Deemed University.
