Research Interests-

Device Modeling: MOS Devices Modeling (Double Gate, FinFETs, Trigate etc.) and Gate-All-Around MOS Devices.

Circuit Design: Ultra Low Power SRAM Memory Circuit Design using CMOS and Advanced CMOS Devices (DG, FinFETs, etc.) technologies.

System Design: FPGA Implementation of image processing/digital signal processing Algos.

Work Experience-

Assistant Professor, Micro/Nano-electronics & VLSI Design, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Indore from Aug. 2010 onwards.

Post Doctoral Fellow, Department of Electronics and Photonics, University Graduate Center (UNIK), Kjeller, Norway (Jan 2009 to July 2010).
