Civil Services IAS Main Examination Syllabus:

The written examination will consist of the following papers-
Paper-I-
Section 1: Essay
Section 2: English Comprehension & English of Matriculation/ 10th class standard

Paper-II-
General Studies–I contains topic about Indian Heritage and Culture, History and Geography of the World and Society

Paper-III-
General Studies –II contains topic about Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice and International relations

Paper-IV-
General Studies –III contains topic about Technology, Economic Development, Bio-diversity, Environment, Security and Disaster Management

Paper-V-
General Studies –IV contains topic about Ethics, Integrity and Aptitude

Paper-VI-
Optional Subject – Paper 1

Paper-VII-
