3. Click on the link and then form will open with Instructions.

4. Enter information like Personal Information, Permanent Postal Address, Previous Education.

5. Simultaneously it will ask you about affixing passport size photo and signature.

6. Add all the enclosure demanded and then submit the application form.

7. But before submitting the application form you need to pay the application fees for that course.
