Training Division administers induction training to recruits to the Indian Administrative Service and other All India Services and Central Services

The Department also sponsors a number of training programmes on a variety of subjects for different categories of Central and State Government employees.

Eligibility Criteria for One Week Training Programme

(a) AIS Officers (IAS, IPS & IFoS)

(b) Officers working in the Central Staffing under the Govt. of India.

With minimum of 4 years of Service upto the rank of Secretary to the Govt. of India and Chief Secretary in the State Govt. and equivalent.

(c) Central Secretariat Service (CSS) and Central Secretariat Stenographer Service (CSSS) Officers of the level DS/ Sr. PPS and above.
