Senior High School Admission Procedure

Qualifications
1. One must have a satisfactory grade both in conduct and academic performance.
2. One needs to successfully pass the Entrance Examination.
3. One needs to successfully pass the Interview.

Requirements
1. Xerox of Grades for the First/Second Grading Period (if not available, submit certification of enrolment).
2. Xerox of NSO Birth Certificate.
3. Letters of Recommendation
1. one (1) from the School Principal
2. one (1) from the Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor
4. 2 identical 2” x 2” ID colored pictures.
5. P400.00 for the Application and Testing Fee.

Additional requirements for foreign student applicants:

• Passport
• Grade Level placement will be evaluated by the Registrar
