As far as my knowledge you can not do DM endocrinology after MD Physiology, bcoz DM endocrinology eligibility criteria is as here:

DM endocrinology

Eligibility;

A candidate must possess M.D. in Medicine or Paediatrics of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences or any other University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the MCI for this purpose.

D.M. Endocrinology or Doctor of Medicine in Endocrinology is a Doctorate level course.
The duration of the course two years
