Distance Learning M.Tech from IIT Delhi

Does Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi offered M.tech course through Distance Learning? if yes then can you give me detail for IIT Delhi Distance Learning M Tech courses? I have done my B.tech with 59% can I qualified for IIT Delhi M Tech course through Distance mode?

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a B.Tech or M.Sc Degree in relevant discipline from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks (according to requirement).

Applicants must have a valid score card of GATE Exam.

6 Semesters or 36 Months

Firstly I would like to inform you that IIT, Delhi does not offer any course through Distance Learning but it definitely offers part time M.Tech program for selected aspirants. The details of which I have mentioned below:
