Direct Admission in SASTRA University

Hello sir I am Jasvant, I had done Diploma in Engineering and now want to apply for Admission for B.Tech in SASTRA University so please tell me whether I can directly take admission in Second year or will have to start from 1st Year??

Aspirant should not have completed 19 years (21 years for Lateral Entry)
