The main deference between between state bank of india and state bank of patiala is that State Bank of India is the largest bank and state bank of patiala is only a Associate Bank of Bank of India which is just a normal bank that can provide any and all banking services to its customers. The only point to note is that, State Bank of India owns and controls them.

State Bank of India is the largest bank in India and is also a nationalized bank that has many banks that are associated with it.

State Bank of Patiala, founded in 1917, is associate bank of the State Bank Group. Presently, State Bank of Patiala has a network of 1445 service outlets, including 1314 branches, in all major cities of India

There is no difference Between State Bank Of India and State Bank Of Patiala , both was associated with each other and now State Bank Of Patiala has been merged with State Bank Of India on 1 April 2017.
