Dibrugarh University Final Year Result

I have given exams of M.A. Final Year in Assamese of Dibrugarh University. Now I am waiting for result for take admission in M.Phil Program at the same University. Is there any process to appear in the Entrance Exam conducted by the Dibrugarh University for M.Phil Program without declaring result of final year of last degree?
