Assam Medical College is an educational institution in Dibrugarh, Assam, India. It was the first medical college in North-eastern India. The college provides education in medicine, nursing, midwifery and pharmacy.

Its role during the past decades in extending health care services to millions of needy patients is laudable. Besides this, it provides medical and paramedical manpower and training to various Governments, industrial and private hospitals of entire North-East region, including faculty development for establishment of new medical colleges.
