DG DRDO Address

Hi I am interested in knowing about the Director General now redesignated as Chairman of DRDO as well as the Director Generals of the different divisions of DRDO?

Dr S Christopher expected the charges of Secretary, Department of Defense Research and Development and DG, DRDO (redesignated as Chairman DRDO w.e.f 22 September 2016) with impact from 29th May 2015. Before this arrangement he was Program Director for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) and Director, Center for Air-Borne Systems (CABS), the lab vested with the duty of plan, advancement of Air Borne Early Warning Systems.

Dr Christopher got his BE (Hons) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Madras and M.Tech in Microwaves and Radar Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and his Ph.D. in Antennae and Measurement Techniques from IIT, Madras.
