L&T Build India Scholarship

Qualifications:: Only first-class graduates with the following consistent academic record:
-- 10th Std: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.50 on a scale of 10
-- 12th Std: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.50 on a scale of 10
-- B.E. / B.Tech: Minimum 60% or CGPA of 6.75 on a scale of 10 in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering who will pass out
in 2014 from a recognized Indian University / Institute.

Age: Not more than 23 years as on 01/07/2014.

Minimum Height: 160 cm.
Minimum W Weight: eight: 50 kg.
Vision: vision: If wearing glasses, the power should be less than ±5.0 dioptres.

Selection Process:
Candidate’s selection is based on written tests / interview which will be conduct by IIT Delhi / Madras.
Final selection is based on Medical Fitness.

Scholarship: For the 24-month course, L&T will pay candidates a stipend of Rs.9,000/- per month as well as sponsorship and
tuition fee to IITs / NITs. Please note, more IITs / NITs may join the scheme.

L&T Build India Scholarship Basic Eligibility DETAILS

Applicants who are applying for the L & T ‘Build India Scholarships’ must be B.Tech graduates

Applicants should scored atleast 65 percent in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an institute or university of repute

Candidates who are applying for this scholarship are supposed to be not above 23 years of age

In addition to this, they should have a height of minimum 160 centimeters. They should also not be above 50 kilos.

In case the candidates are wearing glasses, the power of their lenses should not be more than plus minus 5.0 diopters.
