Delhi Public Schools Franchise

What are the requirement to get a franchise of Delhi Public Schools in India as I want to know about it?

The Delhi Public Schools is an Educational Society is sensitive for its franchise system but eligible and competent personality can apply for its franchise at different places.

This Educational Society has a motto to establish or run the school to uplift the country through education.

To get a franchise of Delhi Public School requirements as:
1.one should be educationally qualified enough

2.have the motto to spread quality education through this institute.

3.Should manage or have land area of 2500 sq ft for a pre school and a minimum of 2 acres land for a high school.
Having facilities as;

Open play area,

Independent access,

Attached washrooms,

Good ventilation and

A safe environment.

4. For approval of site by DPS a fees is required which is refundable.

5. Once the site is approved is signed with DPS management and at that time 30% of licence fees is to be paid as advance.

6.After signing one can start construction and rest amount of license fees is to be paid once the construction is over after signing franchise agreement

7.If Any one wanted to be a Franchise and calculate total investment including land, construction and other charges or investments is about Rs. 35- 40 lakhs . its be the minimum investment to start the franchise of Delhi Public School.
