Deck Cadet Admission in Navy after scoring 54 marks

I have 54 marks in 12th class now am I eligible for taking admission as a Deck Cadet in Navy ?

Deck Cadets is a person who learn to load ships, store cargo, handle gear, stationary rigging, and running gear, and learns ship stability, ship maneuvering and ship management.

If you have PCM subjects in 12th class then yes you are eligible with 55.8% marks for Deck Cadet Admission in Navy.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have12th passed certificate with minimum 55% aggregate in PCM and 50% in English.

Medically fit as per standards laid down by D.G. Shipping.

Eyesight:
6 x 6 in each eye.

Age limit:
Age should not be more than 25 years.

I have scored 54% marks in 12th and want to get admission in Merchant Navy through Deck Cadet so please tell me am I eligible for this?

To join Merchant Navy through Deck Cadet you must have fulfill these eligibility criteria

Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 exam from science discipline with PCM subjects with at least 60%

So it may difficult for you to get admission in this course

It is a three-year graduation course.

Candidates can study the program in Merchant Navy itself or any other institutes offering the course.
