Delhi TET 2014 Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45 % marks. Applicants whoa are appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.Ed.) /2- year Diploma in special Education are also eligible.

OR Candidates with BA/B.Sc. with minimum 50 % marks and B.Ed. qualification can also apply.

Applicants having B.A./B.Sc. and those appearing in final 2 year D.Ed./B.A./B.sc. with at least 45 % marks.

Delhi TET exam tentative dates: -

Starting date for online application: -August/Sept

Closing date for online application: -September

Admit Card Date: October

Exam Date: Oct/Nov


DTET 2014 Exam pattern, syllabus and scheme:

Paper I Syllabus: Teachers for classes I to V Delhi primary School.

Paper II Syllabus: Teachers for classes VI to VIII in Delhi upper primary school.

Paper I and II: For those candidates who are interested to do teaching from classes I to VIII.


DTET 2014 paper duration: 1hr 30mins.

DTET syllabus consists of two MCQ type papers.

Each paper consist of 150 MCQ’s

Each question carries 1 marks totaling for 150 marks.
