As you want to get the details of dates of coming Common Admission Test so here it is for you:

Candidates must have passed graduation with minimum of 50% for the general ones and 45% for the reserved ones

CAT 2014 Application fee:
Rs. 1600.

CAT 2014 Exam Pattern:
The exam consists of two sections- Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation and Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

The duration of each section is 70 minutes making the total duration to be 2 hours and 20 minutes.

The first section for the test takers is Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation with 30 questions to be answered, followed by another 30 questions under Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

For each right answer candidate scores 3 marks, and there is negative marking of 1 mark for questions answered incorrectly and 0 point for unanswered questions.

CAT 2014 Important Dates:
Announcement of CAT 2014 by IIMs: Last week of July, 2014
Exam Dates: October-November 2014
Sale of CAT 2014 Vouchers: August-September 2014.
Last Date of Registration: September 2014.

Hey as Common Admission Test (CAT) is an all-India test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) as an entrance exam

As per my idea at present date for CAT exam is not declared

Qualification required

Applicants must be a graduate with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of SC/ST/DA/PWD) or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Applicants appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree

Reservation

15.00% Scheduled Caste (SC)

7.50% Scheduled Tribe (ST)

27.00% Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates belonging to the “non-creamy” layer

3.00% Differently Abled (DA)

Exam pattern

Quantitative Ability 34

Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension 34

Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning 32

Total 100

Duration

Test duration has also been increased from 170 minutes to 180 minutes.

Written answers will be introduced along with multiple-choice questions (MCQ)
